Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. dark Karo syrup
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- unbaked pie shell
Method
- Mix eggs, sugar, syrup, salt, vanilla and butter.
- Spread nuts in bottom of shell.
- Pour filling on this. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Reduce to 350° and bake 25 minutes more.
