- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 3/4 c. whipped topping
- 1 pastry shell (9-inch), baked and cooled
- 1/2 c. caramel ice cream topping
Method
- In a bowl, combine pecans, coconut and butter. Pour onto an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan. Bake at 350° for 5 to 10 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Cool.
