Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. melted oleo
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1 1/2 c. dark corn syrup
- 1 1/2 c. pecans
Method
- Mix flour, sugar and salt.
- Combine with eggs and oleo. Add syrup and vanilla.
- Beat
- with
- rotary egg beater until well mixed.
- Add pecans.
- Pour into pastry lined pan.
- Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat
- to 325° and bake 40 minutes or until pie is firm.
