Ingredients
- 1/2 c. pecan meats
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. dark corn syrup
- 3 eggs, beaten slightly
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pie shell
Method
- Mix sugar, butter, syrup and vanilla.
- Add to beaten eggs, then add pecans.
- Pour into pie pan lined with good rich pastry shell (unbaked).
- Bake in a 375° oven for 40 minutes.
