Ingredients
- 1 stick softened and creamed oleo
- 1 box light brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Add 1/2 box of sugar at a time to softened and creamed oleo; cream after each addition.
- Then add one egg at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Add remaining ingredients except pecans.
- Beat well and then add pecans.
- Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
