Ingredients
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
- 1 c. sliced green onion and tops
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced lengthwise through cap and stem
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- 1 c. chicken stock
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
Method
- Partially thaw peas if necessary to get them free.
- In small casserole dish, greased, place peas and all other ingredients, except stock.
- Pour stock over mixture in bowl.
- Cover and bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until peas are tender and mushrooms done.
