Ingredients
- 2 cans Veg-All veggies
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 pkg. Ritz crackers
Method
- Drain Veg-All and mix with next four ingredients.
- Pour into an 8 x 8 baking dish. Sprinkle top with crushed Ritz crackers.
- Pour melted margarine over crackers.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
