- 2 qt. pears, ground
- 9 bell peppers
- 1 red bell pepper
- 6 jalapenos
- 5 c. apple cider vinegar
- 6 medium onions, chopped
- 4 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. ground mustard
- 1 Tbsp. turmeric
- 1/2 c. salt
Method
- Grind all ingredients in food processor.
- Add salt.
- Let stand 1 hour.
- Drain off all juices.
- Stir in cold cider vinegar.
- Add spices.
- Bring to a boil.
- Boil 5 minutes.
- Pack in jars while hot and seal.
