Ingredients
- 2 gal. pears
- 6 large onions
- 6 red sweet peppers
- 6 green sweet peppers
- 1 bunch celery
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. allspice
Method
- Mix and let stand overnight.
- Put in jars and process 20 minutes in water bath.
