Ingredients
- 1 lb. can pears in light syrup
- 1 pkg. any flavor sugar-free Jell-O
- 1 c. boiling hot water
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lite cream cheese
Method
- Drain pears; reserve liquid.
- Dissolve Jell-O in water.
- Add reserved juice (and water to make 2 cups).
- Put liquid and pears in blender and mix well.
- Add cream cheese, 1/4 at a time.
- Beat until all is used.
- Continue beating at medium speed for 3 minutes.
- Pour into molds or suitable dish.
- May be used as salad or dessert.
- Serves 8 to 10.
