Ingredients

  • -Chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
  • -1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • -1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • -8 oz sour cream
  • -Salt and pepper
  • -1 can of chopped water chestnuts, drained
  • -Townhouse crackers
  • -Butter

Method

  • 1. Butter 9 x 13 baking dish and cover bottom with layer of crushed crackers
  • 2. Layer chicken, salt and pepper to taste
  • 3. Mix soups, sour cream and water chestnuts, then pour over chicken
  • 4. Layer whole crackers on top
  • 5. Pour melted butter on top and bake at 375° for 20-30 minutes
