- -Chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
- -1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- -1 can of cream of chicken soup
- -8 oz sour cream
- -Salt and pepper
- -1 can of chopped water chestnuts, drained
- -Townhouse crackers
- -Butter
Method
- 1. Butter 9 x 13 baking dish and cover bottom with layer of crushed crackers
- 2. Layer chicken, salt and pepper to taste
- 3. Mix soups, sour cream and water chestnuts, then pour over chicken
- 4. Layer whole crackers on top
- 5. Pour melted butter on top and bake at 375° for 20-30 minutes
