Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 2 ounces Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 ounces chili sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 slices cheese, of your choice
  • 4 hamburger buns

Method

  • Combine all ingredient in a large bowl and mix together thoroughly.
  • Form into 1/4 lb patties and place in fridge for 30 mins.
  • Place patties in skillet on medium heat.
  • Cook patties 3:30 on each side.
  • When pattie is close to being done add cheese, cover and let cheese melt for about 30 secs.
  • Top burgers with condiments and toppings of your choice.
  • Enjoy.
