Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 2 ounces Worcestershire sauce
- 2 ounces chili sauce
- 2 eggs
- 4 slices cheese, of your choice
- 4 hamburger buns
Method
- Combine all ingredient in a large bowl and mix together thoroughly.
- Form into 1/4 lb patties and place in fridge for 30 mins.
- Place patties in skillet on medium heat.
- Cook patties 3:30 on each side.
- When pattie is close to being done add cheese, cover and let cheese melt for about 30 secs.
- Top burgers with condiments and toppings of your choice.
- Enjoy.
