Ingredients
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 9 oz. pkg. mini Reese's cups
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 c. flour
Method
- Cream oleo, peanut butter, sugars, egg and vanilla.
- Add flour, salt and soda sifted together first.
- Shape into balls and drop in mini muffin pans.
- Bake 10 minutes at 375°.
- Push candy in cookies as soon as you take them out of oven.
- Push until just top of candy shows.
- Cool 10 minutes in pan and remove.
