Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. oleo
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 9 oz. pkg. mini Reese's cups
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 3/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/4 c. flour

Method

  • Cream oleo, peanut butter, sugars, egg and vanilla.
  • Add flour, salt and soda sifted together first.
  • Shape into balls and drop in mini muffin pans.
  • Bake 10 minutes at 375°.
  • Push candy in cookies as soon as you take them out of oven.
  • Push until just top of candy shows.
  • Cool 10 minutes in pan and remove.
