Ingredients
- 1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
- 1 c. diced onions
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Method
- Let potatoes thaw for 30 minutes.
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Place in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
