Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. water
- 2/3 c. Karo Syrup
- 1 egg white
- powdered sugar for rolling
Method
- Cook sugar, Karo Syrup and water until it forms firm ball in cold water.
- Pour over beaten egg white.
- Continue beating until cool.
- Roll out on powdered sugar board and spread with peanut butter then roll in jelly roll form and cut.
