Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 1 small pkg. Jell-O vanilla pudding (instant)
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- small bowl Cool Whip
Method
- Mix peanut butter and sugar (will be crumbly).
- Place about 2/3 of mixture in pie crust.
- Mix pudding as directed on box, except use only 1 1/2 cups milk.
- Pour over peanut butter.
- Let set until firm.
- Add Cool Whip and top with the rest of peanut butter and confectioners sugar.
