Ingredients
- 10 oz. frozen spinach
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
- 1/2 c. fresh parsley
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Method
- Thaw spinach; squeeze out liquid.
- In blender or processor, mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Chill 24 hours.
- Serve with raw veggies and crackers.
