Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 5 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- chocolate cookie crust
Method
- Mix cream cheese, peanut butter and vanilla until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip.
- Pour into cookie crust.
- Refrigerate for several hours or freeze.
- Garnish with peanuts if desired.
