Ingredients

  • 2 turkey legs
  • 3/4 c. Miracle Whip
  • 2 cans creamy chicken soup
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Method

  • Cook turkey legs until tender.
  • Remove meat from bones.
  • Cook broccoli 9 minutes on High in microwave, stirring halfway through. Mix rest of ingredients together.
  • Arrange broccoli in sprayed casserole dish.
  • Top with meat.
  • Pour soup mixture over all.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
  • Serve with rice or noodles.
