- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 c. prepared whipped topping
- 1 graham cracker crust (8-inch)
- 3 Tbsp. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
Method
- In medium mixing bowl microwave cream cheese (Medium) for 1 1/2 to 3 minutes or until softened, stirring once.
- Add sugar, milk and peanut butter.
- Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Spoon filling evenly into crust and set aside.
