Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. beef boneless round sirloin, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1/2 c. Italian dressing
- 1 medium onion, cut into 6 wedges
- 1 medium green bell pepper, cut into 1 1/2 x 1 inch chunks
- 6 cherry tomatoes
Method
- Toss beef and dressing in glass or plastic bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour but no longer than 8 hours, turning beef occasionally.
- Remove beef from marinade.
- Reserve marinade. Thread beef alternately with onion and bell pepper on 6-inch metal skewers, leaving 1/4 inch between each piece.
- Place 1 cherry tomato on the end of each skewer.
- Brush kabobs generously with marinade.
- Cover and grill kabobs 4 to 5 inches from medium coals 15 to 20 minutes for medium doneness.
