Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
  • 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 2 cans Hungry Jack biscuits
  • 1/2 c. sugar, with cinnamon

Method

  • Heat oven to 375°. In small pan, melt margarine. Use 2 to 3 tablespoons to coat Bundt pan. Sprinkle 4 tablespoons nuts in pan. Add remaining nuts, brown sugar and water to remaining margarine. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Cut each biscuit in half and roll into a ball. Shake in a Baggie filled with sugar and cinnamon. Put half of balls in pan and drizzle with half syrup. Repeat layer. Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown. Invert immediately onto plate and serve.
