Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 34 cup granulated sugar
- 34 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 14 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Cream together butter and the sugars until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Sift together the flour, salt and baking soda.
- Add to the butter mixture, a small amount at a time,.
