Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1 c. crunchy peanut butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- By hand, combine egg, sugar, peanut butter and vanilla; mix well.
- Drop by teaspoons onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
- Press with fork to make crisscross pattern.
- Bake in a preheated 375° oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until edges are slightly brown and cookie centers are set, but not brown.
- Watch carefully.
- Let cool on rack.
- Yields 36 cookies.
