Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups Oats
  • 2 Tablespoons Brummel And Brown (or Other Buttery Spread)
  • 3/4 cups Splenda
  • 1/2 cups Peanut Butter
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Oat Flour
  • 1/4 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 cups Unsweetened Almond Breeze (or Milk)
  • 1/2 cups Chocolate Chips

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients. Stir well until all ingredients are combined.
  • Drop cookies onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, rotating the cookies at around 10 minutes. At 10 minutes, flatten the cookies with your hand or a spatula and place back into the oven.
  • Cool slightly on the baking sheet before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
