Ingredients
- 1 1/2 quarts. cooked pinto beans
- 3 teaspoon sorghum
- 3 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 sm. onion, diced
- 1 c. catsup
- Salt to taste
- Bacon for top
Method
- Mix well.
- Put in greased baking dish.
- Top with the bacon.
- Bake 350, 30 min.
- Cover when bacon is brown and finish baking.
