Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 large can sliced peaches, drained, reserving liquid
  • 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. reserved peach juice

Method

  • Prepare a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Mix cake mix according to directions on the box.
  • Add the instant pudding to the cake batter. Pour into pan.
  • Arrange peaches on top of batter.
  • Mix together cream cheese, sugar and juice.
  • Pour over peaches.
  • Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes or until done.
