Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 large can sliced peaches, drained, reserving liquid
- 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. reserved peach juice
Method
- Prepare a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Mix cake mix according to directions on the box.
- Add the instant pudding to the cake batter. Pour into pan.
- Arrange peaches on top of batter.
- Mix together cream cheese, sugar and juice.
- Pour over peaches.
- Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes or until done.
