Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 lb. good ground beef
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten well
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Method

  • Roll one package of rolls into square; place in a 9-inch pie plate.
  • Fill with meat; slice cheese on top.
  • Roll out second package of rolls and make top crust.
  • Cut slits; brush with milk. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
  • Cover last 20 minutes, if too brown.
