Ingredients
- 2 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
- 4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 lb. good ground beef
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 egg, beaten well
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Method
- Roll one package of rolls into square; place in a 9-inch pie plate.
- Fill with meat; slice cheese on top.
- Roll out second package of rolls and make top crust.
- Cut slits; brush with milk. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
- Cover last 20 minutes, if too brown.
