Ingredients
- imported Brie (small round)
- Smucker's apricot preserves (8 oz.)
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- Pillsbury crescent rolls
Method
- Cut Brie in half; slit it!
- Place 1/2 round on rolled
- out roll dough.
- Cover with 1/2 jar preserves.
- Cover with 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
- Place other 1/2 round on top.
- Repeat layers. Bring dough up over top of all.
- Brush with beaten egg yolk.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.
