Ingredients
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 4 large peaches
- 2/3 c. brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 6 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Cut peaches in half; remove the stone and slice fairly thick. Arrange peaches in pie shell.
- Melt the butter and beat the egg. Mix the flour and sugar with the egg and butter and pour over the peaches.
- Bake in preheated 400° oven for 15 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 300° and bake 45 minutes.
- Serve hot.
