Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. sausage links
  • 2 c. cheese, shredded
  • 1 large pkg. Tater Tots
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 3/4 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Method

  • Brown
  • sausage
  • links.
  • Arrange browned links in bottom of a large
  • baking
  • dish.
  • Spread
  • 1 cup shredded cheese over links. Arrange Tater Tots over cheese.
  • Beat eggs with 2 cups milk
  • and mustard, then
  • pour
  • over
  • Tater
  • Tots.
  • Refrigerate overnight. The next day, combine 1/2 cup milk and soup.
  • Pour over egg mixture and spread with remaining 1 cup cheese.
  • Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
