Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. sausage links
- 2 c. cheese, shredded
- 1 large pkg. Tater Tots
- 6 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 3/4 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Method
- Brown
- sausage
- links.
- Arrange browned links in bottom of a large
- baking
- dish.
- Spread
- 1 cup shredded cheese over links. Arrange Tater Tots over cheese.
- Beat eggs with 2 cups milk
- and mustard, then
- pour
- over
- Tater
- Tots.
- Refrigerate overnight. The next day, combine 1/2 cup milk and soup.
- Pour over egg mixture and spread with remaining 1 cup cheese.
- Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
