Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (sm.) Jello gelatin - orange
  • 1 baked 9 inch Pet Ritz deep dish pie crust, cooled
  • 2/3 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. vanilla ice cream
  • 1 c. diced peaches
  • 1 (8 ounce.) carton Cold Whip

Method

  • Dissolve Jello in water.
  • Add in ice cream by spoonfuls, stir till melted and smooth.
  • Blend in fruit and topping.
  • Refrigerateif necessary, till mix will mound.
  • Spoon into crust.
  • Refrigerateabout 3 hrs or possibly longer.
  • 8 servings.
  • Note: If using canned peaches, make sure to drain well.
