Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine, softened
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 2 (9-inch) pie shells (can use frozen pie shells)
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Cream the margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add flour and beaten eggs.
- Add flavoring mixed with buttermilk; mix well.
- Pour mixture into pie shells and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until done.
