Ingredients
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 1/4 c. lukewarm water
- 3 c. flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. oil
- pinch of salt
Method
- Mix water, sugar and yeast.
- When it rises, add flour, salt and oil.
- Mix and knead for several minutes.
- Knead into a ball. Cover; let rise, then pinch into 18 rolls.
- Bake at 325° until nice and brown.
- Can be made into 2 loaves.
