Ingredients
- 1 package Whole Chicken, Cut Into Pieces/parts
- 1 bottle Catalina Dressing (I Prefer Western Brand)
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Method
- Rinse chicken and place into a roasting pan.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Pour bottle of dressing in roasting pan, turning to coat chicken.
- Bake at 375F until chicken is no longer pink.
- Serve chicken with roasted sauce poured on top!
- (I pour mine into a Ziploc bag and cut the corner to separate out some of the grease that releases from the chicken.)
