Ingredients
- 6 slices bread, cut into croutons
- 2 c. sliced fresh peaches
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Method
- Layer peaches in baking dish and cover with croutons.
- Melt margarine.
- Mix with sugar, flour and egg.
- Pour over peaches and croutons.
- Cook at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
