Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 1 1/4 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 can peach pie filling
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Melt butter in a 2-quart Corning Ware dish.
- Add milk, sugar and flour to butter in a baking dish. Blend well.
- Sprinkle cinnamon over dough.
- Gently spoon peaches over dough.
- Bake for 1 hour or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
