Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 c. sliced peaches
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 c. flour
- 3/4 c. milk
Method
- Use 8 x 12-inch or 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Melt margarine in pan. Cut fruit and place over margarine.
- Mix remaining ingredients and pour over top of peaches.
- Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes. Serve plain or with vanilla ice cream.
