Ingredients
- 1 large can peaches
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- slices of bread
Method
- Drain part of juice off peaches.
- Pour into oblong pan.
- Cut crust off bread slices and then cut in half.
- Cover peaches with bread touching one slice to the other.
