Ingredients
- 1 c. carrots
- 1 c. onions
- 1 c. celery
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 can beer (12 oz.)
- 1 c. beef broth
- 2 cans split pea soup with ham (11 1/2 oz. can)
Method
- Saute vegetables in butter for 10 minutes.
- Add soup, beer and broth; mix.
- Simmer 10 minutes or until beer stops foaming.
