Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tbsp butter
- 1 None red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 8.5 oz frozen peas
- 1 cup chicken stock
Method
- Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Sweat onion and cumin for 3-5 mins, until tender. Add peas and stock. Cook for 3-5 mins, until heated through. Season. Transfer to a food processor and process until almost smooth.
