Ingredients
- 1 can peas
- 1 c. tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- salt and pepper
- bread crumbs
Method
- Blend together peas, tomatoes, butter and mustard.
- In separate pan, mix milk and flour well, then add to other ingredients.
- Slice eggs on top with bread crumbs and bake 30 to 40 minutes.
