Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 2/3 c. vegetable shortening, softened
- 1/4 c. cold water
Method
- Put flour in a large mixing bowl.
- Cut shortening into flour. Add water to mixture.
- Mixture may be flakey; continue mixing with hands until dough can be gathered to form a ball.
- Cut dough in half.
- Place on floured surface.
- Roll out large enough to cover bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
