Ingredients
- 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
- 42 gluten-free pretzels (1 ounce), coarsely chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup certified gluten-free quick-cooking oats
- 2 tablespoons unsalted sunflower seed kernels
Method
- Place chocolate chips in a medium microwave-safe bowl; microwave at HIGH 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until melted, stirring every 30 seconds. Add pretzels, raisins, oats, and sunflower seed kernels, stirring to coat.
- Drop mixture by heaping teaspoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Chill 30 minutes or until chocolate is set. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 1 week.
