Ingredients
- 3-4 chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/4 pound mushrooms
- 2 tbsp. butter
Method
- Cook chicken and debone.
- Saute/fry mushrooms in butter, add in soup, lowfat milk and chicken and simmer.
