Ingredients
- 2 (No. 1) cans salmon (1 large one)
- 1 c. crushed crackers
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. medium white sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 2 Tbsp. minced green pepper (optional)
- 3 c. mashed potatoes
Method
- Flake the salmon.
- Combine with crackers, beaten eggs, white sauce and seasonings.
- Turn into a baking dish.
- Top with the mashed potatoes.
- Bake in the oven (375°) about 25 minutes.
