Ingredients
- 1 loaf frozen white bread, thawed
- 4 oz. Cheddar cheese, cut in 32 (1/2-inch) cubes
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Method
- Cover dough and let rise in warm place until doubled.
- Divide in 32 equal pieces.
- Shape each into a ball around a cube of cheese.
- Pinch to seal.
- Dip balls in melted margarine.
- Layer, seam side down, in greased 8 x 4-inch loaf pan or round pan (whatever).
- Cover and let rise until doubled.
- Bake in 375° oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until top is firm and golden brown.
- Remove from pan and serve warm.
