Ingredients
- 1 lb. noodles (spaghetti or macaroni)
- 3 Tbsp. basil, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. oregano, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1 c. cottage cheese
Method
- Cook pasta until tender; drain and rinse.
- Mix herbs, garlic, oil and cheese in a blender and liquify to make sauce.
- Add sauce to cooked pasta and gently heat while stirring.
- Serve immediately, 25 minutes to make, as a side dish or main dish.
