Ingredients

  • 12 -16 watermelon wedges (1/2 inch thick/3-inch sides)
  • 2 cups greek vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 drops almond extract
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Method

  • Arrange watermelon triangles on a serving platter; set aside.
  • In a small bowl, mix yogurt with extracts and drizzle mixture over watermelon to give the appearance of nacho cheese sauce. Sprinkle dried cranberries, white chocolate chips and almonds over yogurt and dust with cinnamon.
