Ingredients

  • 6 Chicken breast
  • 1 1/4 tbsp Dill fresh or prepackaged
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 1/4 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1 Planko bread crumbs
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 5 clove Fresh garlic
  • 1 cup Softened Butter
  • 2 pinch Italian seasoning
  • 2 cup Cooked broccoli (boiled)
  • 3 cup Cheddar cheese ( which ever cheese pleases)

Method

  • Preheat oven 350 degrees
  • Pre-season chicken with dill, salt, black pepper
  • Mix minced garlic, Italian seasoning, butter together
  • Egg wash in bowl
  • Planko crumbs on plate ( extra plate for prepared pieces)
  • Once breaded add butter mixture and broccoli into middle then wrap chicken
  • Place in pan ( cook for 20 mins then flip)
  • Add cheese of choice ( cheddar makes it better )
